Acceptable use
Use FlowPay only for lawful marketing work and only with audiences and content you are authorized to use. Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material.
Approvals and sending
Your organization is responsible for reviewing campaigns, obtaining consent from recipients, and complying with email, SMS, privacy, and advertising rules before sending.
Third-party services
AI generation, Canva editing, email, SMS, and future channel integrations may be subject to the providers’ terms and availability.
Account responsibility
Keep credentials and API keys secure. Workspace administrators are responsible for team permissions and activity.
